Processing of personal data
The customer orders Beatrix's services by calling, e-mailing or booking through the website. The customer has filled out the care agreement form on Beatrix's website or in store and has thus registered as a customer and can use x's services. An invoice for the services has been sent to the address provided by the customer.

Beatrix needs personal data so that the customer can use the services and the customer can be invoiced for the services used.

Personal data is needed to:

· The customer can use Beatrix's services

· Beatrix can communicate with the customer

· Beatrix can invoice the customer for services

· Customer relationship management and communication

· Service development

· Marketing and customer communications (if the customer gives consent)

Data content of the register
Personal data:

· Person's first and last name

· Address

· Email address

· Phone number

· First and last name of the substitute person

· Alternate phone number

· Pet information (name, breed, registration number, any medications and insurance information)

· Subscribed services

· Date, time and duration of the order

· Additional information that the customer may have provided

· Any information provided by the customer about pets

· Pricing information

Regular data sources
Customer-related data is primarily collected from the customer themselves when registering, placing an order and in connection with customer service situations.

Disclosure and transfer of data
Data is not processed or transferred to countries whose data protection legislation has not been approved by the EU Commission. Data may be processed by external parties, for example to send a newsletter, if the customer has given separate consent.

Data is not disclosed to third parties without the customer's separate consent, with the exception of the following situations:

· If required by law, for example in response to a subpoena, at the request of appropriate authorities or the state, or in another similar legal situation

· If Beatrix is involved in a merger or acquisition of companies

· When we believe in good faith that disclosure of information is required to exercise security or legal rights, detect fraud, or investigate

Register protection
The register is located on the server of the IT service provider and is protected by technical and administrative means by the IT service provider (the IT service provider is currently Wix.) Service contracts completed in the store are in personal data folders in a locked data security container. Personal data is processed only by Beatrix. Access to the system is limited.

Right of inspection
Under the Personal Data Act, the customer has the right to check free of charge once a year what information about him or her is stored in the register. A free-form request must be sent in writing to the above-mentioned register contact person. The request must include the necessary identification information so that the information can be retrieved from the system. Such information includes name, email address and address.

Right to correct information
The customer can correct his or her own information at any time by contacting the above-mentioned register contact person. In this case, we require written contact, which mentions the identification information required in the previous paragraph.

Consents and prohibitions
The customer may at any time prohibit the use of their information for direct marketing. If the customer prohibits the use of their information for direct marketing, only customer relationship communications will be sent to them.
The customer will not be sent direct marketing without separate consent, for example by registering as a newsletter recipient or by signing up to be a newsletter recipient when making a reservation.

Changes to the privacy policy
x reserves the right to update or change this privacy policy at any time. The latest version of the privacy policy will always be available to the customer.
